If I could leave 0 stars...just kidding. I've been working with Alexander as a replacement property manager after dealing with another local one to Sacramento that just didn't have it together. Alexander really shined a light on the whole industry as to how property managers should operate. He's completely transparent, diligent, responsive, professional, and has an obviously in-tuned pulse on the market. I can't say I've seen the same for the 4 to 5 other ones I've been engaging with between the two properties I'm handling. Without a doubt in my mind, Utopia is the way to go. If Alexander is HALF as good to tenants, I would say the tenants would still be getting top notch property management. Don't sleep on the low number of reviews here, this is high quality. I'll update my review if anything changes, but I'm thoroughly satisfied and comfortable with the servicing as of now. ~ Vu N

I was thinking to give 0 stars, till this new manager took over. I've been working with Alexandra as a replacement property manager after my manger went on some kind a leave. Before Alexandra I submitted my Maintenance request to fix my master bath room that was not working for seven mothers, in January when Alexandra took over she start working on pending work immediately. She is my ROCK STAR. I agree that she does really shined a light on the whole industry as to how property managers should operate. She's is very professional, honest, completely transparent, diligent, and responsive. After my bathroom, she also helped me to fix few problems in rest of the house lol renovation of the kitchen and many more . The work is not done but she is helping me to get everything done. I'll update my review once all the work is done or if anything changes, but I'm thoroughly satisfied and comfortable with the servicing as of now. ~ Angeela R

When I first learned about the transition from A-1 to Utopia I was concerned however; it turned out to be a great transition. The staff at the office have all been extremely professional and helpful.
